A frocking ceremony for Sgt. Maj. David Hunt was held Feb. 19 at the US Army Medical Materiel Center, Europe.

Hunt has been at USAMMCE since June 2009.

"I feel very proud to be selected for promotion to Sergeant Major and my new role," said Hunt. "Getting promoted to Sergeant Major shows the critical part that USAMMCE plays in the medical logistics arena."

Hunt said that the support of his family and the guidance and mentoring he received as a young staff sergeant from the first sergeants of the 421st Evacuation Battalion helped him get where he is today.
