On Oct. 9 Maj. Gen. James K. Gilman met with Maj. Gen. Kenneth S. Dowd, director of Defense Logistics Agency Logistics Operations and his staff to strengthen the strategic partnerships between DLA and USAMRMC. The meeting affirmed the formal performance based agreement between DLA and the AMEDD that facilitates best business processes across the Army Medical Logistics Enterprise.
