USAMMCE Commander receives Medal from District Mayor of Rodalben
Werner Becker, the District Mayor of Rodalben, Germany, presented Col. William M. Stubbs,
commander of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center, Europe, with the Graefenstein Medaille
and a certificate June 11.
The Graefenstein Medaille is the coin of Rodalben County. It was presented as a token of appreciation in light of the long-standing friendship between Rodalben and USAMMCE.
As a recipient of the U.S. Army Medical Department's "Friends of the Regiment" award, Becker wanted to acknowledge Stubbs as the colonel prepares to depart Germany.
