Jerome Maultsby, U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, presents Maj. Gen. James K. Gilman, commanding general of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, with the Champion of Veteran Enterprise Award on behalf of the National Veteran Small Business Coalition. The award was bestowed on the USAMRMC for exceptional support of service-disabled veteran small businesses in fiscal year 2011.
