Celebrate Science at the 2nd USA Science & Engineering Festival
The largest celebration of science in the U.S. will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. April 28-29.
The 2nd USA Science & Engineering Festival will feature over 3,000 interactive exhibits, over 100 stage shows and 33 author presentations.
The purpose of this festival is to re-invigorate the interest of the nation's youth in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

There will be several science celebrities in attendance, to include Bill Nye the Science Guy, Mayim Bialik from the Big Bang Theory, and Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman from the hit TV series Mythbusters will be performing. In addition, new to the festival this year will be a book fair and a career pavilion for high-school students that include a College Fair, a Job Fair and a Meet the Scientist/Engineer Networking area.
Doors open 9:30a.m. This event is open to all ages free of charge.
