As of May 6, 2025, the DHA R&D-MRDC CITI Training Program account name has been changed from "US Army Medical Research and Development Command" to "DHA R&D." You should see this change reflected in your account if it was associated with the US Army Medical Research and Development Command. If this is the case, there is no need to re-affiliate. The LMS ID assigned to the account has remained the same (ID: 648). Please reach out to the following email if you have any questions or concerns:

The primary mission of the HQ U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command IRB is to protect the safety, rights, and welfare of participants in research conducted under its purview. The IRB has a responsibility to ensure that research involving human subjects is conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable Federal, DoD and USAMRDC regulatory requirements.
The IRB provides services for scientists and researchers assigned to the HQ USAMRDC and serves as the primary IRB for USAMRDC subordinate Institutes and Laboratories:
- U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL)
- U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR)
